Police Report Re Steiner/Geary Overpass

Dear Neighbors,

I have just reported the disgusting situation at the circular approach to the pedestrian overpass at Steiner and Geary, southwest corner.  There's an array of sheets and garbage at ground level, and continuing up the overpass there are about 10 cardboard boxes against the fence.  I saw three people (or parts of people) behind the cardboard.

As I told the Police dispatcher, my son's preschool, Kid's Academy, at SF Speech and Hearing Center, uses this approach to Hamilton Playground, particularly when they are accompanied by the clinical class of special needs kids.  There is no other playground in the area now that Kimbell is closed, and children shouldn't have to walk through this situation.
