Hi Kimberly,

No one showed yesterday because I was not sure of the dates and no one could make it with the short notice.  Could we confirm these dates that way I can post up flyers in the kiosk now and send out an email blast?

We are all set for tomorrow, and we have all of these dates reflected on the calendar into 2013.

I am surprised that she expected a clean-up crew with one day notification.   You and I had sent her messages quite some time ago.

I will be out of the country on April 20, but have penciled in on my calendar the July and October dates.   I will probably skip the December 14 day as I will be leaving the country just a few days after for almost a month.   If I am not doing last minute details, I will join the group in December.   Please let me know if your proposed dates are accepted by Kimberly.

I had hoped to be at the meeting this past week but something I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance occurred.  I thought my meeting would be over by 4:00 but it just went into effect about 3:30.    Can you tell me what you learned?
