It is not so much that he is a bother, but the entire homeless group is with him.   I don't begrudge his wanting to be enterprising, but the park is not for commercial business.   For a long time, we had a guy down Pierce St. near the corner of Eddy that was running an auto body shop business there on the street.  The park is for recreation, not business.  When I walked by the day I wrote to Steve, there were at least two guys sitting there with open beer containers.
