I didn’t get a clear understanding of the makemytrip situation...is their budget with Give India also over?

If so, do you have any other ideas to fly the kids one way from Bangalore to Delhi? Would it be worthwhile to look at individual donations? Trilochan thought that we could approach companies to request people to give their extra miles to sponsor one person each. If this could be tied up with airlines it may work. How bout E&Y.

Premila, Alpana, could we look at Himalaya Health Care? What about Infosys?

We have two potential sponsors for this idea through the page on indiegogo put up by Rebecca. Is this idea worth pursuing? Still feel that if this happens, it would be a once in a lifetime opportunity for most of these kids. Many of them will pass out of school the next year and will then not have this chance again.

Sushil, How many of these are children? Can you give us a list with names and ages? 

I doubt donors would be willing to sponsor the adults, particularly since the cost of one air ticket is virtually the cost of sponsoring a child through school for a year.

This was the reaction of my friends in Geneva, when I showed them the online campaign for the tickets.
