Dear Aarohi-ites,

It would be good to have a short brochure which we can circulate at the show, profiling each of our student performers and their teachers. A photo and a one-para bio for each. Will build their self confidence, and also enhance the audience's bond with them/ the Aarohi Bal Sansar.

agree with Premila...sometimes good to just get the crowd in for an enjoyable evening event...benefits will surely trickle in....

I feel that the contribution slip should not be part of the invite. My experience from the past two years' Delhi shows is that it frightens people away from coming to the performance.

Sushil, people will definitely contribute after your rousing 'Uttarakhand poverty/ health facts and figures' presentation at the end. So let's keep a register/ contribution envelopes outside the hall. As also follow up with those who show interest.

Agreed. We have been using the word `proposal’ for proposing the event.

Have just send you a copy of an e-invite for IIMB. Do give me your
feedback on that. We could send a similar one to Ravi Prasad minus the
details of ways to contribute money?

The formal invitations that will be sent by post would have a brochure
for the event, a reply envelope and a contributions slip. Since the
prime objective of the event is raising funds, we have used this
format for all those who have shown interest in attending.

I await feedback.

Thanks

Sushil
