Dear Sushil and Pradeep,

I am here with attaching the cover letter which I have sent to the people,

  You are probably aware that I am working with a well reputed NGO “Aarohi” in

Rural Kumaon located at a short distance from Almora. We are engaged in 3

major activities

 

1.      Health Care

2.      Livelihood

3.      Education

 

Though the first two activities are doing well, however we are having a major problem in running our education Programme as we are unable to retain teachers due to low salaries we pay them. I am herewith attaching an appeal, I appreciate your generous contribution for this worthy cause. You may contribute 3 months (Rs.25,000), 6 months (50,000) or 12 months  (1,00,000).salary, Any contribution is welcome. Your contribution is exempt under 80G of Income Tax. 

I would also appreciate if you could forward this appeal to like minded people for their participation. Your contribution is purely voluntary. 

 

Do feel free to visit the school in order to see the facilities. I assure you that each penny of your contribution is honestly and earnestly spent. Do send me your acknowledgement. I would be happy to answer any queries.
