Pictures and short bios of the kids, including quotes about the thrill they would get from flying/ what they think flying is all about, would add great 'emotional' connect to the appeal.

Need to take a call on the flights.....my campaign has raised in the region of 400$, which obviously isn't enough, but need to think about what we can do with this....please can you both let me know your thoughts.

This could go to fund one component of the trip that is seen as a 'life-time' learning experience. You could tell contributors that we are taking them to the Agastya Foundation science campus with their money.

And my contribution can go towards another component of the expenses.

The majority of people have got back to me that they are happy for the money to go as a donation to ABS. I suspect those that haven't got back to me would still be happy for this to be the case but are otherwise engaged in christmas and new year extravagance.
