Doggie Day Swim

Following the end of the summer pool season, this annual event will provide dogs with the opportunity to swim and play games in three of DC's pools.
Sites hosting this year's Doggie Day Swim are as follows:
· Upshur Pool - 4300 Arkansas Avenue, NW
Space is limited to 75 dogs in the pool area at one time.
· Francis Pool - 25th & N Street, NW
Space is limited to 150 dogs in the pool area at one time.
· Randall Pool - South Capitol & I Streets, SW
Space is limited to 75 dogs in the pool are at one time.

All dogs MUST have a current DC dog license issued by DOH to gain entry to the event. For more information on how to obtain a dog license, please visit the DOH Dog License website page http://doh.dc.gov/dog-licensing
· Dog handlers must be 16 years of age or older, and cannot swim or enter the pool with their dogs.
· All dogs must also wear current vaccination tags and have all current vaccination shots.
· Dogs must be sociable and remained leashed while on the pool deck.
