3 medium sized cucumbers peeled and cut into small pieces
2 large Tomatoes chopped into small pieces
1 small hot Chilli diced (optional)
1 medium green pepper chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons green mint (without stems) chopped
2 of a medium size LEBANES bread/small
1. Bake the LEBANES bread in the oven till it is hard and then cut it into small squares,
slightly larger than a crouton. Some people may choose to
fry the LEBANES break in vegetable oil instead of baking it.
2. Mix all the vegetables except the lemon.
3. Then mix in the LEBANES bread after it’s baked or fried.
4. Separately mix the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, sumac and salt.
5. Then, add the dressing to the vegetables. Your Fattoush is ready
