大家好!
2012年在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学将召开亚洲和比较哲学会议, 这次会议的主题是：亚洲和比较哲学的关系。会议将集中讨论下面几个话题：
（1）伦理、人性与关系
（2）伦理、环境与发展
（3）知识、行动与谬误
（4）比较哲学研究方法
（5）东亚与南亚哲学比较。
这次会议的主讲人是夏威夷大学的安东哲教授，他精通汉语，主要研究中西哲学比较，曾翻译了中国的道德经和论语。

Conference Theme: Relationships in Asian and Comparative Philosophy
Keynote Speaker: Professor Roger Ames, University of Hawai’i
The conference committee invites submissions of proposals for papers in all areas of Asian and Comparative Philosophy especially on the topic of relationships, although there will also be a focus on the following streams:
Ethics, Personhood and Relationships
Ethics, Environment and Development
Knowledge, Action and Fallibility
Methodology in Comparative Philosophy
Comparative East Asian and South Asian Philosophies
Proposals for Papers (that is, abstracts of around 100 words) should be submitted via email to A/Prof Karyn Lai (k....@unsw.edu.au). Closing date for proposals: 31st May 2012. Please view the Call for Papers page for more information.
Graduate Students
(a) There is an accommodation subsidy for full time, currently-enrolled graduate students to attend this conference; more details are available on the Assistance for Graduate Students page.
(b) There is an essay competition with a travel prize of up to AUD $1000 for full time, currently-enrolled graduate students who win the essay competition (1st prize AUD$1000; 2nd prize AUD$500. The prize awarded will not exceed the cost of travel incurred by the participant traveling the most direct route to Sydney). Essays are due by April 30th 2012. They are to be sent to A/Prof Karyn Lai (k....@unsw.edu.au) for consideration by the due date. Late entries will not be considered. The essay committee reserves the right not to award any travel prize if essays are not of an acceptable standard. Essay prizewinners will be contacted prior to the conference. More details are available on the Assistance for Graduate Students page.

Registration information is now available. Registration forms are also available. Please register before June 1st 2012 to secure the early bird registration fee. Please note that the conference will run over three full days from the 9th to 11th of July.
Accommodation Information is now available at New College, UNSW. Accommodation bookings are handled by the dormitory office. Please book early as the conference organisers bear no responsibility if this accommodation runs out. The Keynote Speaker, Professor Roger Ames, will also be staying at New College over the period of the conference. The accommodation form is available here.
