And I Would Suggest This Change Because This Is A Misnomer As They Can't Connect With Their Customers Well, How They Can Claim To Connect People.
How About a New Promotional Campaign with the Slogan L
NOKIA -Scaling New Heights in Customer Dissatisfaction
Why I Am Suggesting So, Is Because Of Following Reasons
I Got A NOKIA 5200 In October2007, But Blue Tooth Was Not Functioning In It , So When I Realized This Fault In January ,I Submitted My Phone At NOKIA Care ,District Center Janak ,Puri ,New Delhi . For Repair On 23rd Jan'2008, I Was Told I Will Get It Repaired In A Week Time, But I Have Not Got It Till Today, Its 6th March 2008.
Not Only This, This Was The Treatment I Got From Their Staff At NOKIA Center And Through Email Communication.
Here Goes the List of My Complaints
Ø They Don't Pick Up The Phone Call.
Ø When An Angry Me Visits The Center, After Traveling All The Way 6 Km From My Place ,They Fool Me By Giving Alternate Contact Number ,Which Does Not Exist.
Ø They Are Hardly Bothered To Talk To Customer And Listen To Their Complaints And To Answer To Them.
Ø Reason, They Are Clueless About Your Handset Status.
Ø When I Said, I'll go To Consumer Court, I Am Told, Do What You Want (So Now I am doing).
Ø This Is With A Mobile Phone Replacement Service, Which Is A Basic Necessity For Every Body, And Like A Soul Mate For All Of Us.(Isn't It?)
Ø And When At The End I Sent An Email To NOKIA Care Support Division, On The Above Mentioned Email-Id, After Waiting Patiently For A Month Till 23rd February. I Am Getting Replies Everyday-
§ Keep Patience.
§ Your Complaint Is In High Priority List
§ We Regret The Inconvenience Caused.
§ And Stuff Like That.

Ø Also, I Am Told In Their Email Correspondence That Is Happening Every Day Since 23rd Feb '08 That You Will Receive A Call From Our Customer Care Executive, In 48 Hours, To Tell You About The Status Of Your Handset Repair. I Am Still Waiting For That Call, Like A Traveler Looking For Water In Desert.
Without Wasting Your Any More Time I Would Like To Have A Favor From You , Please Forward This To All In Your Contact List And To NOKIA Care At The Following Email Id.
I Could Have Moved To Consumer Court Also but I Thought Gandhi Giri Is a Much Better Option and I Believe That You Will Help Me In Getting A New Mobile Phone
