I'm happy to say our newest refugee sponsored by the community around King Edward P.S. arrived safely to Toronto yesterday afternoon. She's a lovely 24 year old woman from Ethiopia.
I'm sure many of you have supported our campaign to get this sponsorship rolling and it's so exciting to have our 12 months start today!
We are so lucky to have found a two week touch down housing here in Seaton Village with a lovely family.
THE ASK:
We are looking for more permanent housing. A room in a house for $600/month. This could be a straight rental or even a 'homestay' situation. If you know of anyone please let me know?
