Amend the US Constitution (COSA, US Term Limits Survey responses)

Attached are two survey responses to US Term Limits and Convention of States Action.

Both of these groups seek to amend the US Constitution. I have augmented the COSA resolution to include all Article 5 means to amend, the typical method we have seen many times and by convention.  The debates about the unknown aspects of a convention are a distraction.  

It is possible to create enough threat of a convention that Congress acts to preempt a convention.

The objective of these two groups overlap, impose fiscal responsibility, limit federal overreach and address term limits.  Signing on with these two groups is calling for the debate to happen, it is not proposing any actual draft amendment, those amendments are created as a result of this effort.

States have more power than they realize to control the federal government.  Make States Great Again.
