Labor Day Weekend Sangha Service Campout at Aranya Bodhi Hermitage Aug 31 - Sept 2

Hi friends!

Do you have plans for Labor Day weekend? How about offering your muscles and/or skills as Dana for an excellent cause with great company while getting fresh air and exercise -- together with Dhamma talks and meditation -- in the redwood forest? ~

You are invited to participate in our upcoming Labor Day Weekend Sangha Service Campout in the coastal redwoods with the bhikkhunis who live there.

We will be engaged in various useful projects for all levels of ability and fitness. Help with preparing meals and meal dana is also welcome. We will also enjoy daily meditation and Dhamma sharing, sunset and starlight meditation, and opportunities for pure relaxation in nature.

There are limited indoor sleeping options available, and many beautiful locations to pitch a tent. This is a family friendly setting, especially for those with older children who may enjoy the opportunity to help the monastics and play in the woods. Please let us know if you would like to bring your kids.

Note: this will be the last Sangha service volunteers weekend campout at the hermitage this year. Hope you can make it!
