Flower instructions for Rex's funeral...

Hello again everyone,

Very quickly, because time is running short...

(Apologies for not getting this info to you sooner. I was just contacted by one of Rex's dear friends, Seiko, who wanted to pass this information along to you all.)

*Flower orders due by 21:00 (2 hours from now) TONIGHT*

Those who wish to order flowers have flowers delivered to the (family-only) funeral ceremony, which will be held at noon tomorrow, will need to contact Horyuji Grand Hotel at 0745-75-8800 by 21:00 (9 PM) *tonight*. They will FAX an order form to you that you can then FAX back to them at 0745-75-8811. 

IMPORTANT: The funeral pavilion only accepts flowers that are ordered from the above service.

I would offer to help process the orders for those without FAX machines, but I will be in class all evening. If someone else can else help with that, I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated... 

If you cannot get a flower order in tonight, I'm sure it will be ok to send cards of condolences directly to the Tanimoto residence, but I'll need to get back to you all with that address.

I get a document of fax for sending to Horyuji Grand Hotel, so I attach it.

Im very sorry, but I can not speak and write in English well.

But, If I would like to sending flowers to the Hotel for Rex-sensei
and you dont have fax machine, please let me know by 21:00 tonight.
