Aloha Steven,

I am in Honolulu and am preparing to attend Rex's memorials services both at Punchbowl and Kaneohe Bay today (it is 1::00am in the morning).

Thank you for your leadership and service as the information hub of FOR group for all these years.

I met Kayo and girls twice. Yesterday, I took them to Punchbowl National Cemetery as Kayo wanted to check the site in advance. I am very pleased that we went there because the office had several paper for Kyoto to read and sign and she was informed the detailed procedure of the ceremony, think about the epitaph, etc. They we drove up to check the ceremony site and the niche where Rex will rest.

I was asked Kayo to take photos for record, I took some photos yesterday. I will attach some of them in advance, hoping these may help you to feel closer to us while you think of Rex today - 9:30am at Punchbowl in Hawaii time.

We then drive to the other side of the island, Hee'ia Boat Harbour for ash scattering ceremony.

I know all of you are here in spirit to share the moment to remember Rex this day of March 17.

Aloha nui loa,

Seiko in Honolulu

Thank you all very much for your information about the service
for Rex sensei. Now I feel less guilty that I didn't attend the service
in Honolulu.
