Here is the one pager we' ve been using. I need to update to show increase in ticket price, but this should work. I won't be able to update until tomorrow.
As for donations, they go straight through the LRF website.  Link is on the attachment. Goal is $10k.

Couple quick things for group:

1. As organizers, I think we should all aim to raise 500/1000. This would guarantee we accomplish fund raising goal. Hold ourselves accountable.

2. Should we consider trading a restaurant a free sponsorship (label on shirt) for naming menu item after Brent? One of his favorite foods maybe? I'm not creative AT ALL but along lines of the "Phils spinach dip" or Bear Pizza ...whatever .. Last Resort may do it for us...not sure if anyone has contacts at places in Athens
