Did you know 'pandiculation' is the fancy word for instinctively stretching, breathing and relaxing your muscles? All animals do it to re-calibrate their nervous systems to keep their muscles and joints flexible, balanced and strong. We do it too, when was the last time you enjoyed a good, deep, instinctive stretch? Next time you see a cat or dog do a classic pandiculation, take the opportunity to join in and let some stress flow out of your body :)
