Park concern

Hi Ana

The last few times I have been in the park during the day there is a group of teenagers smoking pot beside the empty cafe. I get that this is likely to happen in the evenings but as they fill up their bong at the water station and light up it drove all the kids off the basketball court. When I spoke to the splash pad staff she says it’s is like that daily. When I spoke to the kids and asked them to find a place more discreet at least till kids leave the park they said the cops go by and never say anything. Could you have the  cops include this nook on their bike routes. 

It would be good to know next steps re the container cafe as the more this space is animated the less likely this will be an issue.
