Dear all,
Of the very few photos of Julius Caesar the department has, there are none with an identifiable picture of David LoPiccolo.  Does anyone have one.  Will someone please ask Tom Christensen if he might have one?

Thanks

Hello Charlie,

I spoke with Thom; he said they had some poster size photos of David at the Wake. He is going to speak with David’s Family.  I will let you know as soon as I hear back from him or I will leave anything I get in the office.  Does Christina Pitter have the standard set of Stage Manager keys? If she does I will leave the things in the office.  Also, I Had two tables that I had lent out for the tag sale, Antoine had brought them back to the school after the sale and left them in the soft goods room down in the shop.  We went to fetch them last night and they were gone.  I need to get them back ASAP, so If you wouldn’t mind could you just find out were they were moved to and I will grab them this evening.  Thanks that is all for now.  Tonight’s rehearsal starts at 6pm and Richard is coming in to help us out so it will be a busy night. Have a good day.

Tim
The white plastic tables from the soft goods room are dsl in the Shea.  There are more than two of them.  We wondered where they came from.
Anything that needs to be left can go in the kitchen/stage managers office as the key set no longer has an office key on it due to privacy invasions that have happened at the college regarding personel folders, ss#'s and the like.
Glad to hear RJ is coming.  I am sorry that I will miss him as I have an unrelated to theatre meeting tonight that I cannot miss :-(

Perhaps my tables had babies; they had plenty of time to do it.   As a long time bank employee I understand the needs for security in this era of identity theft.  That is a smart move; the kitchen/Stage manager’s office will be fine. I will give Richard your best, and I am sorry that there are non-theatre related meetings that require attending. LOL!  Well I will talk to you if I need any further assistance. Have a good day.

Dear All,
Todays weather report has me concerned and since we never spoke of it here is the deal if Saturday brings a storm.  The policy for cancellation is simple-The College will make the determination and post it to the web site.  It will say "All classes and activities are cancelled".  If that should happen, I will update the voicemail with the cancellation info.
Should this happen the only option is to reschedule at a later date.  Sunday would not work as Security details have already been scheduled with a skeleton crew on Sunday. Any thoughts on an alternate date?
For the superstitios (and I am) I have found that speaking of these things does not jinx it.
Best

Hmm, I suppose Friday, December 21st or Saturday, December 22nd is too close to the holiday for everyone.  If everyone agrees, may I propose  a weeknight?  I suppose the thinking here is that we should do it prior to the holiday because it's a holiday themed show but, more importantly, it's prior to the 31st so everyone can get their last minute donations in before the tax season ends.  Any day but Thursday, December 21st works for me next week.  But, if it turns out that Thursday is the only day that works, then, I will make arrangements.  Hope you're all well.

I have no problem with the 21st or 22nd. But I am very Scrooge like, and don’t care about people and there Holidays.  I will have to run things by the cast to see if anyone has any conflicts next week, it would be silly to pick a day and then find out that half the cast can’t make it.  I will get back to you folks on that.

Well that makes it easy! So let us pray to which ever God we choose, that Saturday remain precipitation free!  Next Friday and Saturday is fine with me but cast members might have a problem with that.  I have an e-mail out to see what conflicts the cast has with the days next week so I will let you know what I hear from them.   Let’s hear it for Global Warming! Woo!

In following up on the weather, I have been researching several sources and it seems that the “winter mix” that is suppose to come this weekend is more for the over night on Saturday leading into Sunday.  This is promising, the show is a mere 45mins and that is if it runs long. We can be done before the first drop hits the ground. Unless the weather report does a full 180 on us I say we stick with Saturday and worry about alternatives later. I spit in the eye of fate! Which is probable why nothing goes my way?  Good day!

Saturday is the day!  In speaking with the cast about a possible fall back date; it seems that Saturday must be the day.  There would be a slight possibility for a fall back on Tuesday or Wednesday, but I still would not have the full cast. The call for Saturday as of now is Overnight snow. The reports I have been following put the earliest snow fall at 9pm on Saturday December 15, and that was only at 55% with the % increasing hour by hour.  I feel good that we can get everything in before any major storm.  The show is less than 45min, even if we start at 8:15 we will be done by 9pm and people can be leaving by 9:15 if they feel they need to be.  Will the snow scare off some potent ional audience members?  You bet.  That is life though and we can persevere.  Viva La Brush up!
