Attached is a Draft agenda (in pdf and ppt formats) for your comment for our 4 pm Thursday May 22, 2025.
In addition to comments on the agenda, I am aware of some things I would like to accomplish before the meeting on Thursday.
First, if Joe L. is available, I invite him to contact me so that we can set up a time to get together at my house (where I have Wi-Fi and FB and passwords) to see if we can make some forward progress in sorting out Facebook(FB) and Meta for Joe and Blair to become more effective with expanding our membership base. I think that I need Joe’s expertise but Blair is welcome too.
Second, we approved (but didn’t give anyone the action … maybe Ira can take it as he figured out a big discount for non-profits?) to purchase a fully capable zoom software package for non-profits at half price, perhaps with Brian as the POC or Ira? If we cannot do that by Thursday then I ask if Roger is willing and able to loan us his zoom package again and provide the login material.
I think those were the items not covered in the draft agenda attached.
