Last Thursday Cleaning low attendance due to communication breakdown of sorts?

Not sure the message got out on volunteer pool cleaning last Thursday.
Kevin, Jonathon, and I were the only folks in attendance. I believe
there is a mix up in the notices going out. I did not get a notice and
not sure how that is being done anymore. In the past it would be sent
to a FBSP membership list, the BSP, Zilker, and Barton Hills
listserv.

I hope this can be corrected before the next volunteer opportunity. It
is a lot more fun, and successful with more folks involved...:(

I am willing to post an announcement to the listserv's just send me a
post in a timely manner and it will be done. I believe that there are
other groups that should be notified...Austin Youthworks, Hill Country
Conservancy, APF if they have a posting outlet etc.

Steve, I believe in the past that the cleaning chair has sent out an
announcement to people who have signed up in the past and/or shown up to
help with cleaning. You might check with past chairs. Molly
