Hallo friendly-leader's minions,

As you know, my plans have changed a bit for the next while. So, I am wondering if anyone is interested in -- or knows someone interested in -- taking my apartment from 15 Feb til July (flexible end). During this time I will be in Toronto on my Ontario-Baden-Wuerttemberg fellowship.

Bright, sunny 2 room apartment in Petershausen. Large open living/dining area. Bedroom with west-facing balcony. Separate full kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine and bathtub. The apartment is fully furnished. W-LAN internet included. 4th floor with elevator access. Modern building. Indoor reserved car parking spot included. Indoor bike parking.

Please contact me as soon as possible if interested, want pics, etc.

I can't promise til talking to the landlord, but there should likely be the possibility to take over the lease after the sublet if one wished.
