Total 4-5 experience
Skills:

Hands on experience to multithreading and event based/asynchronous programming is highly desirable
Exposure to Web Services client and server side programming
Exposure to MSMQ is a strong plus
Exposure to C# is a plus
Exposure to distributed application developments
