Run Around the Square

If anyone is planning on racing The Run Around the Square, this Saturday in Frick Park, the registration deadline is Thursday at 9pm.

It's a quality race, so I recommend that people come out and help represent the running club on our home turf.

Yeah, I second that. I know some people did the course last Wednesday, but we'll run it again this Thursday @ 6:30 PM.

 

Overall, the Run Around the Square is one of those 5k courses that doesn't appear too difficult on paper; however, there's a few mental hoops to prepare yourself for (0.5 miles across the bridge and into the park and the ~0.7 mile run from the Park entrance to the Nature Reserve. After that, it's all downhill!).

 

It'll be a good time. See you on Thursday.
