10/13 mile run tomorrow (Larid, pls print out map)

Tomorrow, I'm going to meet Laird by the Frick Park tennis courts at 10:15 am. From there we are going to head to North Park to run 10 - 13 miles. I'm going to do 13, but since it's a 5 mile loop, you could just as easily do 10, too.

 

My number is 412.692.1984, in case anyone needs to reach me regarding a ride/directions. I'm pretty sure I'm also taking Kate. I'm capable of driving one more person, FYI.

Hey team - I couldn't make the run today because I had to work 12-4. In the future, do you see the runs continuing to happen more often on Saturday or on Sunday mornings? I'll work out my schedule accordingly b/c I'd hate to do these long runs on my own every week.
