Good morning Tim,

Thank you for providing a copy of this document. Much as it highlights various problems that need to be considered and addressed, it doesn't appear to highlight that the word [intelligence] should never be used with any such system.

All such systems are programmed stupidity systems and in reality should be compared to cheap poorly built tools that aren't safe to use in any safety oriented situation.

The simple fact that so many people are enthusiastic about these systems without understanding the basic limitations means that society is heading for another damaging technological foul-up.

It is up to us to try and mitigate the effects that this enthusiasm is building.
