texd.spad and hypertex.spad

I have committed a bad commit on my GitHub, something that I wanted to
expose here before (very simple). I will revert them before an
eventual commit. There are simple typos and a "TexParser" to
"TeXParser" naming.

Attached are very simple patches (exposed below).

Not inclined to discuss them (it), sorry. Nothing about here, just a
personal mistake.
