I plan a new release in about two weeks. There is still time
to include new things, but not much.

Things that are already included:
- new constructors: BrowserInformation, TexParser,
ModularU32MatrixOperations, AIntervalCategory, AInterval,
PadeContinuousFraction
- factord out common part of matrix categories
- changes to conditions and exports
- new implementation of IndexCard
- better support for pure Lisp build

Bug fixes:
- wrong initialization of number of rows and columns for
two dimensional arrays
- corrected result of integrals in terms od elliptic functions
- stirling numbers at 0
- map between matrices with differing minimal indices
- avoid strange types in interpreter
- more consistent handiling of pathnames

Hello Waldek,

Maybe adding something like "Internal improvements"? Or something like that?

And why not give a small description (as a list for example) for
BrowserInformation, TexParser, ModularU32MatrixOperations,
AIntervalCategory, AInterval, PadeContinuousFraction
?

That may be seen as "commercial" but _small_ information is always a
good idea from my point of view. As an example, IndexCard, was totally
unknown to me, I thought it was just another indexed aggregate.

My two cents.

I support that. New domains/packages/categories should be mentioned in
the release notes.
