Build with clisp

I have now tested patch for streams provided in pull request 91
by Qian with change to 'makedir' that I proposed in comment to
the pull request. I did test with clisp-2.49, which builds and
tests fine and 2.41 where I could not build of HyperDoc pages
because of missing pty support in test environment, but
otherwise build went fine. I do not have git version of
clisp, I am waiting for info about this version (change
in git version is reason that we need to modify 'makedir',
old version worked fine up to clisp-2.49).

I have updated my PR with your 'make-dir' code.

And I have tested with clisp-2.49.92 and clisp git version.
Build with X11 and all tests passes.
