New release

I think that we should do new release early in January next year.
I have rather long queue of thing "in making" and it will take
long time to finish them. But I think that we have valuable
changes and should include what is ready intead of stretching
release cycle.

I develop FriCAS inmy free time and expect to have more free time
during holidays...
