Parallel integration

I have implemented a simple version of parallel integration. I have
put it at

This version contains several diagnostic printouts (good for
people who want to study parallel integration, bad is
somebody want it for "production use"). The idea is based
on Bronstein 'pmint' for Maple, but it was coded independently.
In this version I tried to keep things simple, so some problems
which appear in more general examples are ignored (in particular
I assume that input is properly normalized) -- improvements
welcome.
