If you did not delete this email after seeing the subject, you have made the first step toward joining Roberto and I tomorrow morning for some quality fitness time.

Our intent is to get a regular weekly rhythm going here in our hood and for others to join in the fray.  To start, it will be 6:00-6:45am several mornings each week (maybe M/W/F) and entail some running and a variety of fitness exercises such as pull ups, push ups, jumping jacks, burpees, etc. and may include some eastie twists such as outrunning skunks, dodging traffic at Central Sq, and swimming through oily waters at Constitution beach.

Gentlemen, please join us at your own risk and invite others as well (at their own risk).

JDS

(PS: if it rains, or sprinkles or is too windy, we may just meet at Dunkin. No sense in getting too uncomfortable.)

Gentlemen, I am pleased to report that I survived Day One of Eastie Project. Big ups to The Steve, The Mark, and The Jordanian for getting their powdery white butts out of bed this morning and running up and down the stairs of the Eastie Stadium at 6am.

Next chance is Wednesday, 6am, Y parking lot.

Word to your mother-in-law,

Roberto

Fellas, I'd love to get in on this eastie action but for now it'll have to be once in a while.  Glad to hear you've officially kicked off Eastie Project.

Yum!

Matt

Your arms are surprisingly matching the color of your hair.

That was good for a belly laugh!
