any manual for begginers?

No, there isn't. Right now the project mostly caters to people
wanting to interchange very specfic formats, and the editing is on the
lite side of things. That's changing as more releases come out. I
have a new minor revision release coming as soon as some subsystems
are rewritten. If you want an everyday modeler that works now I'd go
with Maya or Blender. If you need to interchange these 'specific
formats' your only option is Freyja. Freyja is a one man project, so
it's not really competing with said packages that even have dynamics
packages now. That takes teams of programmers to have feature sets
like that.
