• Should possess good communication skills.
• Understanding on OOP's concepts.
• Knowledge on ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.Net, ADO.NET, Web Applications, Web Services, Java script, Ajax, XML.
• Knowledge on SQL Server programming is must.
• JQuery, WCF, WPF, MVC, knowledge would be Add-on.
