Key Responsibilities/Activities:
• Follow the workflow assigned by the pod lead
• Consistently attain the benchmarks in productivity and quality.
• Thorough knowledge of the existing spam trends.
• Ability to identify new user trends/behavior
• Provide proactive inputs/ideas to improve spam identification techniques

Skills Requirements:
• Should have good logical and analytical skills
• Should have good judgmental skills
• In depth understanding of all products
• Should have the zeal to keep maps clean of Spam
• Graduate freshers
• Flexible to work with shifts with good communication
