• Should have minimum 6 months of experience into technical support

• Candidate should have customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping customers.

Shifts: Rotational
Process 3: IT Services-Tech Support
Key Skills:
• Candidate should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping customers.
• Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
• Should have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts, Computer basics and Wireless Communication.
Qualification: Any Graduate/UG
Package: 2.2 LPA to 4.2 LPA+ Incentives
