Job Description:
• Working on End to End recruitment process. Sourcing candidates through various sources Job portals, social network and head hunting.

• Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites. 
• Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement.
• Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feedback. Pay Rates Negotiation with Employers and Consultants. 
• Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they are on-board.
• Very Strong communication and inter personal skills
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
