We are looking for freshers with excellent communication for US Staffing.

Our parent company in the US was founded in 2003, known as KRG Technologies Inc, a US$50 million company with around 700+ in headcount specialized in staffing, consulting and application development.

Designation : Resource Executive
Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / M.B.A /MCA / BSc / BCA

Shift : Night

Interested candidates can directly walk in for an interview from 25th May to 31 st May 2017 between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Eligible candidate would be responsible for searching and screening the candidates on various IT skills as per the job specification.
• Search in various portals.
• Screening of resumes and them against the technical requirements.
• Speak with the IT Consultants/ Software professionals in the US market and get the relevant information.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay-rates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

Desire Candidates Profiles:
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Should possess quick learning ability
• Willing to work US Timings
