Talena told me this morning that she had blurred vision and couldn't see anything long distance.  She made it sound like a new thing so I got worried. I gave her food since she had said she hadn't had breakfast or dinner.  I think blurred vision is a scary side effect of major illnesses...also just could be that she needs glasses.  :)

I don't get it. As a result of your email Brandy, I spoke to Talena, who indicated that she needed glasses. Talena doesn't have glasses which needs badly for her academic performance, but she has an Ipod and a new cell phone. So what are we talking about, is it priorities or resources?

Speaking of glasses, I have noticed a few Humanities 9 students who have trouble seeing the board:

Talena Fort
Kaushik Nair
Maritza Baez

what can we do to get them glasses?

I found a set of prescription glasses in the Men's Room next to Room 19. If you have any student who may have lost spectacles, please, refer them to me in Room 19. After today, they will go to LOST & FOUND. (By the way, where is that?)
