Students not prepared

Hi Freshman Advisors,
So of my A block class I had one student prepared (Laura Jalpa- star!) to do Lit Circle today. Many of them are failing because it is the second time they were not ready. I pushed Lit Circles to Wednesday and told them they can get an NE on PR but get a grade in COM and SR. I am super worried about them not stepping up to get work done. Can you please push them in Advisory to be reading and working on their role?
