🔍 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents and generate qualified leads
🔹 Confidently explain products and services over the phone, tailored to the EdTech space
🔹 Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into appointments or enrollments
🔹 Handle incoming calls and address queries with professionalism and clarity
🔹 Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly
🔹 Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions

✅ Requirements:
✔ 1–2 years of tele-calling or inside sales experience in an EdTech company
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
✔ Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining follow-up records
✔ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
