MphasiS Recruitment Drive – Registrations open on 22^nd and 23^rd June 2015, between 9.00am to 4.00pm in the Department of HRD, SJBIT, Kengeri, for the interested candidates (First come first base serve 500 candidates only)

Principal Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

1. Handling incoming Calls
2. Providing resolution to Customers
3. Ensure that the required Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met.
4. Participate in coaching’s, reviews and training assessments & personnel in conjunction with department managers.

Standards for Measuring Success

1. Customer Satisfaction
2. Meeting required average handle time
3. Quality scores.

Key Skills

1. Good Communication skills

•         Language 1 – English

Has fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriacies. Handles complex detailed argumentation well.

•         Language 2 – Any South Indian language.

2. Ability to work under extreme pressure
3. Use of call center terms and vocabulary.
4. Understands LAN, WAN, OS concepts. Familiar with N/W Topologies, IP Addresses & subnets (Optional)

Salary Range

• 2.15 LPA for Fresher’s.
