PHP OAuth User Authorization Step

Im working on a script that will be used to pull in some info from report.getInvoiceDetails. The script is going to be an automated process. The issue is the user User Authorization Step, from my understanding. it requires the user to manually enter their login info. Is there any way this could be done through a curl or something similar, or does it required someone to manually log in?
