Vendor API (expense)

I've had many request for ChronoMate to list all vendors when you create a new expense.
Unfortunately the API doesn't provide an easy way to do that and I don't believe parsing all expenses to fetch vendors is good practice.

Unfortunately the API doesn't have support to vendors as a resource where it would be easier to get a list of existing ones. I will pass your suggestion to our API team, thanks for the feedback.
