Add a new rule:
If a player makes a spelling error or grammatical mistake in a post to
the group (including posts governed by the rules, and replies to posts),
and that error is pointed out by another player, nothing happens.

Note: Another player can propose some punishment. I have no idea.

For, I suppose.

I don't really get the point of signatures.

How do you feel about a conlanging mechanic?

No thanks. I have enough conlangy stuff to work on as it is (working
on Theadisch, Anglian, and Besiodo, plus being the relay master for
Conlang Relay 17).

Theadisch, Anglian, and Besiodo are conlangs. Conlang Relay 17 is the
seventeenth conlang relay.

Conlangs. Created by me. What more do you want?

That's good. I have commitment issues when it comes to conlanging :(

What does that have to do with Theadisch, Anglian, and/or Besiodo?

Just wondering what they were. And saying how I wish I could be
dedicated to a conlang.

Ah. As you can guess by the existence of three of them, I'm not particularly "dedicated" either (but they are part of the same conworld, so you might say I'm dedicated to that conworld).

I use a simple trick: derive your conlang from a natlang by using regular sound changes. (Theadisch and Anglian are from Latin, while Besiodo is from Proto-Germanic).

Hm. That would work.

It also makes sense for an alternate timeline, so long as the POD is early enough to allow linguistic development (if it's not, you could still use a small set of sound changes to make a dialect, such as a Baffinese dialect of Icelandic or a Virginian dialect of Welsh or what-have-you).

I'm not getting the joke, unless it's sheer ridiculousness...
