Proposal: A bit of gameplay

Add a new temporary rule, titled "Chess", with the following text:
There exists a chessboard and some chess pieces. Except where
otherwise noted in this ruleset, the rules of Chess For Any Number of
Players (which can be found at http://www.chessvariants.com/multiplayer.dir/anynumber.html
) apply.

Add a new temporary rule, titled "Turns", with the following text:
There is no turn order for the chess game. Rather, a player may, no
more than once every 72 hours, take a turn.

Add a new temporary rule, titled "Diplomacy", with the following text:
Rule 5 of Chess For Any Number of Players does not apply.
