New extension: file browser panel

Being used to coding editors, one thing I've long missed in Frescobaldi is a panel with a tree view of directories and files (useful for finding and opening files, unlike the Documents panel). Here comes an extension providing such a panel:

It resulted from a short vibecoding ride with Claude Code, so I'm author of the specification, not that much of the implementation. But I've reviewed every single code change.

Nice extension!  It seems to work well.  I'll be banging on it to see how sturdy it is.

I've run into a bug that doesn't seem to be connected with your extensions, but it makes using extensions impossible for me.  All the custom keyboard shortcuts disappear after I set the base extension directory and restart.  I'll be file a bug report.

Okay, playing with this more on a Windows machine, it looks like there *is* a problem with this extension specifically.  I'll create an issue on your GitHub site.
