heads up for translators: hopefully a new release is coming soon

Hi all

We'd like to make a new release of Frescobaldi, as soon as this issue
is fixed:

The POT files have been updated on git master and this is a good time
to update the translations of Frescobaldi.
Any contribution is welcome, preferably via Github pull requests.
