Frepple-users group is moving! 🚚

Hi all!

After living on for quite some time as a google group we want to bring the user forum to github.   

On Github Discussions https://github.com/frePPLe/frepple/discussions the community forum will live as a close neighbor to the source code, the issue tracker,  the downloads , and (very soon) the docker package.  

This google group will stay available as a read-only archive.

The times they are a-changing... 🎵
